Sahel Découverte is a receptive agency providing services such as transfers, excursions, circuits, hotel reservations, seminars, incentives and rental of vehicles with driver in Senegal and West Africa.
Sahel Découverte is covered by civil liability insurance taken out with Gras Savoie.
These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer (s) and Sahel Découverte Senegal and have the value of a contract between the two parties.
The prices and conditions indicated are only valid for the period stipulated on the offer. Acceptance of the offer implies, unless otherwise expressly ratified by the parties, acceptance of these conditions.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the trip is required upon confirmation in order to guarantee your reservations. In certain cases which will be specified, the amount of the deposit may be increased. Full payment may also be due for any registration within 30 days of departure.
Unless expressly agreed between the two parties, the client must pay off his services no later than 30 days before departure (date of receipt of payment).
You can pay either by bank transfer (all bank charges at your expense) on our accounts in Dakar, or by credit card for a card payment fee corresponding to 3% in addition to the total amount of the invoice for the VISA card or MASTERCARD and 4% extra for the AMERICAN EXPRESS card.
In the case of payment by bank card, you must first fill in an authorization form for remote payment by bank card which will be provided by us.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, you will find the bank details of our agency on the invoice which will be given to you when you confirm your trip to make the payments. Please confirm your payment by fax or e-mail.
MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation or modification from the customer, results in the collection of the fees below:
* More than 30 days before the client’s arrival: € 100 for administration fees per person.
* From 30 days to 22 days of the client’s arrival: 30% of the total amount of the trip.
* From 21 days to 08 days of the client’s arrival: 55% of the total amount of the trip.
* From 7 days to 3 days of the client’s arrival: 75% of the total amount of the trip.
* Less than 3 days before the client’s arrival and after the client’s scheduled arrival date or shortened stay: 100% of the total amount of the trip.
In the event of cancellation or modification, the specific conditions to which certain air fares are subject will apply.
The customer expressly acknowledges having read the information relating to the chosen trip and which was provided to him prior to the delivery of the invoice.
For your information, we mention in all our travel programs what is included and what is not included. The interruption of the trip or stay by the customer or his renunciation of certain services or services cannot give rise to any refund or credit.
Sahel Découverte acting as a tour operator is led to choose different service providers (carriers, hotels, specialized providers, etc.) for the execution of its programs. We may be led, when circumstances compel us, to substitute one service provider for another, take a different route or cancel certain excursions without these exceptional modifications giving rise to any compensation. In any case, we cannot be held responsible for the modification of a program in the following cases: delays of an airline or maritime transport, cancellation of flights, bad weather, political events, entry formalities and departures from the territory, any other incident beyond our control. The agency will however intervene to assist and offer solutions to its client, as far as possible.
Any failure in the execution of the contract, noted on the spot, must be reported and justified as soon as possible by the customer to the service provider concerned, as well as to Sahel Découverte. Any subjective assessment will not be taken into account.
Any complaint relating to a trip must be sent to Sahel Découverte by fax, e-mail, accompanied by supporting documents or the written statement of our service provider within fifteen days after the return date. After this period, any complaint will not be taken into account.
The response time can vary from 15 days to 1 month, depending on the duration of our survey of hotels or other service providers.
All disputes or disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract will fall under the jurisdiction
